About Me
I grew up watching and helping my mum making cakes and treats in her kitchen. When my parents passed away ten years ago, I found that through baking, I could reconnect myself with my mother. That was the inspiration that has guided me to this day.
I am a qualified Chef with qualifications in Baking & Patisserie including Cake Designing and Decoration. My business idea through That Dessert Shop, came after finding my passion as a Pastry Chef, and I believe that being able to express my passion through the products I make is an incredible and grateful feeling.
